I started this website to talk about coffee, coffee beans, coffee grinders, and the Italian Coffee Maker. It’s only my opinion of course, but I have had some of the best (and worst) coffee from around the world. I can tell you for sure that the Italians take coffee seriously. It is more than a casual drink or quick start for the day…it is part of the national identity.
